Hugging this character: Absolutely.
Kissing this character: He's not against it as a rule, but a stranger coming up and starting a bit of lip action might get some kind of a response out of him.
Flirting with this character: Again, he's not against it, but he may take a bit to warm up to it/realize he's being flirted with, and then anything could happen after that.
Fighting with this character: If a situation calls for it, why not.
Injuring this character: Trouble usually follows the Doctor around, so I expect this might come up at some point. Just talk it over with me first!
Killing this character: I definitely want to talk this one out beforehand.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: I'm not opposed to it, so long as we hash things out first.
